K... I am sick of Doctors. I am sick of Hospitals. I am going weekly now to both the OB and the Perinatalogist. Monday is OB day and Thursdays are NST's (Non Stress Tests) and Perinatalogist. And then there is still L&D days somewhere in between these days. But that is all I seem to get to do with my days.
But on to the good news. The Babies are looking good and growing very well. I don't have any pictures to post, because I forgot to ask for them today between the NST and the ultrasound. They are guessing that Ellie is approximately 4 lbs and Tyson is about 3 lbs 7 oz. They are growing well, but seem to be running out of room very quickly. They are good movers and don't like to be monitored at all. Ellie and Tyson seem to fight the ultrasound doppler and the monitor things during the NST's. It is a riot to listen to them during the tests. The perinatalogist says that they are looking good and don't seem to be effected by the high blood pressure or medicine that I am on. I don't go back to them for another 4 weeks (which puts me at 35 weeks if I make it that long), but I do see them for NST's once a week.
We put up their crib (they will share for the first little while, until Megan is out of hers) and washed the sheets and put up the mobile. It is blue jungle animals (Ben picked it out) and we will have to buy Ellie one when we move her to Megan's crib. We have a baby shower tonight and are very excited about everyone who is helping and coming. Honestly I feel so loved that so many people are as excited about the babies as we are. I hope I show 1/2 as much love as everyone is showing us.
Chabrise and Tonya came home from school and are very excited for the babies. I think them seeing the crib put up makes it a little more "real" for them. Megan just thinks that the crib is a big toy box for her. She wants in and wants to put her toys and cups in it. But her new word this week is "cute" and she thinks the crib is cute. We don't know if she really even comprehends that the babies are coming, but seems to know their names and that they are in my tummy (okay, sometimes she thinks they are a little higher than the belly). It should be very interesting for her to learn to share her life with 2 more. She is very spoiled and has everyones complete attention up until lately. Hopefully she doesn't hate them when they come home. It will be interesting to say the least.
Well until next week then, we will see you all later.
Love- All of us!!!
