Family Reunions- My Maternal Side

Poppa and Ellie
Poppa and Tyson
I know I am posting a bunch today, but I wanted to share. I wish that I had all of the pictures on this computer or even had copies of some of them, but I would like to share pictures of the twins with my Grandpa. I have done this for each of my children. This is an amazing man. He is my hero. He has 4 children, 15 granchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. These are the newest 2 (another one is coming in about a month). We even had a scare that he might have a great-great on the way (and no it didn't belong to me). His oldest great is 16.
10 and 1/2 years ago we lost my Grandmother to cancer. She fought for 15 years with my Grandpa by her side. During most of my life, my grandparents with Jehovah Witnesses. When I was 16 or 17 they were baptized into the LDS Church. They were sealed in the temple withing a year of their baptisms. This was the first time we had the priesthood in our family. After he lost my Grandma, he found a wonderful woman to spend the rest of his life with. He married Reva 8 years ago (give or take a year). With her family added in to the mix, they have a posterity of almost 100 (this was Reva number). My Grandpa built his house and farmed out by Elk Ridge/Payson area. It is no longer a farming community, so he lives in Genola with Reva. But most of my favorite memories include my Grandpa. Hunting, fishing, camping, horseback riding, a snowmobile accident (I am the ONLY one to never live that one down) and traveling. He does all that he can and then some for anyone he knows. I don't remember him ever turning anyone down who might have needed his help.

I love my Grandpa!!
