It is usually followed by the most disgusting thing you can find. It started in the van.

We stop to pick up Ben and she continued with Ewwwk. We started to notice a stinky smell. Thinking she was just poopy (I know... We can't get her to potty train right now)... Little did we know, it was a blow out.
Next Ewwwk!!
A baby had blown out.

She found something stinky outside (quickly disposed of).
I think the work is a cross of Ewwww and Yuck. Thus the Ewwwk. It's better if you hear her say it, but is all the same.

I like the new word. It works exactly as she used it.
Sometimes a word like that is the only one that fits! She definitely understands the context. :)
