I have never had this problem before. I have never had the winter blahs.
I usually look forward to winter. It's my favorite time of the year. I haven't even got sick of it yet. But I am so ready to move on.
You haven't seen me much on Facebook, blog comments or even blogging til recently. I am in a rut. I can't seem to get out of it. Maybe that is why I am having the blahs. I don't know.
Could be the family drama (not my children, but my parents, siblings... etc).
Could be that I am in a slump, rut, hit a bump... whatever you want to say.
Any solutions??

I'm don't know if I'm the one to ask. I've had the winter blues bad this year. I will tell you what sounds good though. Hawaiian night! Get some good pina colada mix, terriake chicken, tropical fruit salad, macaroni salad, lays, and some island music. PARTY! I think it would lift the spirits and the kids will love it. :) I think I'm going to do the same thing.
Sometimes I get this way when I'm missing the sun. It helps a ton to go outside on a sunny day and just let it kiss my face for a while. Or sometimes I just need to pack up my kids and go somewhere we don't usually go. Kind of a day field trip. Good luck! I hope you find a way out of the blahs soon!
Heidi, That is some cool advice. I wish I could do it. But I am allergic to coconut, melons (the fun ones), ham and bunch of other, interestingly, hawaiian things.
Peggy, that would be nice. If my van wasn't sitting in my garage broken down. Waiting on taxes to come back and fix it. Might be part of my problem.
I really want out of the blahs. I hope this isn't a long term problem.
When I am feeling like that, it seems to help to get a project going. I think creating just lifts. I hope you feel better soon. Maybe a walk this weekend when it is warmer.
Mexican night! Areba! Strawberry margaritas, fajitas, chips and salsa, mariachi music, and sombreros.
Don't even think for a second that I didn't have to look up those words either. :)
OOoo pin the tail on the burro. huh huh? We should just be neighbors and then I could throw the party and you could come.
Thank your for your love and support for sweet Sage...we appreciate it!
