All I wanted for Mother's Day was to have Ellie off her PICC line and for both of them to be in a open crib. Ellie's PICC was taken out Saturday afternoon and then Saturday night/Sunday morning Ellie and Tyson were put into an open crib.
Because Ben is such an avid Jazz Fan, Ellie and Tyson both had Jazz Tee's hanging up on their crib since right after the Jazz made the playoffs. Well, a wonderful nurse in the NICU takes pictures of the babies for the parents and took these pictures for us and made a very nice card to give me with a CD of the pictures. It is awesome to picture these babies growing. They are over 5 lbs each and doing great. Ellie has been put on Oxygen right now (just at a trace) but they are saying that it is possibly shock from all of the changes recently (PICC line out, off antibiotics, moved to an open crib and eating with possible reflux). We are just waiting to hear more about how they are doing each day. Our hope is to have them home by the end of the month.
It looks like Tyson is kissing Ellie on the nose. I just had to include this picture to show how sweet they are. We just need them home. (Can you tell that I am beginning to hate the hospital again?) I just wish that they were eating well and could come home. We just have to be more patient than I am right now. I can hardly wait.
Oh and Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's out there!!!
With Love,
The Peterson's

Watch out Kobe, here comes "Air Ellie" to dunk on your sorry head!
I had to laugh at the Jazz Shirts! They are awsome! We are die hard Jazz fans at our house too!
I'm so excited for you! Your babies are doing great and they are so addorable!! I can't wait to meet them, so I'll say extra prayers for their return!
At which hospital are they? (Sounds wierd worded that way, but I think it's gramatically correct.Ü) Local or Children's? I was up at the Children's with Logan today. If they are there I could have peeked in...they're adorable!
